Manvel’s Mansion to Soon be Occupied.

Everybody who has ever driven by the corner of Kirby Dr and Magnolia Pway (aka CR 59) has notices 2 large mansions sitting unoccupied for many years. Well one of them is getting a face-lift and will soon have 2 tenants. Major remodeling is needed for Heritage Christian Academy and Fresh Impact Church to be able to occupy the premises. Both institutions are currently located on Shadow Creek Parkway.

The building owner, Jim Youngblood, estimates the cost of the project to be at least $3.5 millions. Everything has to be replaced since vandals stole or damaged everything. The timeline is for the school to move and be operational in the new location is by August 2020.
