Do you know what and where is the Reserve at Manvel?
I didn’t and I bet you didn’t either. The Reserve at Manvel is a 75 acres property at the southeast corner of SH288 and CR58 in Manvel. If you have driven through this area recently you have probably seen only grass and cows. This will be part is the past sooner than later as the property is ready for development.
The project is being developed by the local family-owned company VDB Partners Ltd. They have huge plans to bring more shopping and entertainment destination for the Manvel area. With the Manvel Town Center development in full swing, resident of Manvel won’t have to go north anymore for the majority of their needs.
Looking towards North
With Manvel being projected to have close to 130,000 residents in 20-30 from now, the demand will only grow for shopping and entertainment in this part of the county.
