Alvin,Tx is an Antique Stores Mecca

Did you know that our neighbor Alvin is home to one of the highest concentration of Antique stores in the state?? There are over 10 locations to choose from in this town of 26,000 people. You can find treasures like stuff you used as a kid regardless of the decade you lived in!! It reminds us how life was less complicated then. We just lived with what we had and we all survived without cell phones or tablets!! Today’s kids wouldn’t understand how we made it but they would surely appreciate it. My own daughter thought the 80’s were pretty cool. The Netflix “The Stranger Things” was no stranger to this (no pun intended). Take a short drive to Alvin when relatives are in town this holiday season and go visit these places.
