Lagoon Coming To Rosharon
A lagoon concept will soon be built just off of SH 288 in Rosharon. Land Tejas, the developer for Sierra Vista and Sterling Lakes, will begin construction soon and hope to have it completed sometimes in 2021. The company is just about to open its largest lagoon in Texas City, 12 acres, in the Lago Mar development and will be the first with public access. The lagoon in Rosharon will be 5 acres. It is unclear at the moment if this will only be available for residents of Sierra Vista and Sterling Lakes.
