First Watch is coming to Manvel! The award-winning breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant is preparing to open its first Brazoria County location at Manvel Town Center, the fast-growing retail destination anchored by H-E-B.
The new restaurant will be located at 17315 Hwy 6, Suite 107 and represents an estimated $800,000 investment. The project will transform a 4,000 square foot vanilla shell into First Watch’s signature bright and welcoming dining space.
Construction is expected to begin on August 17, 2026, with completion targeted for November 16, 2026, positioning the restaurant to open ahead of the holiday season. Once complete, First Watch will offer local residents another popular option for fresh breakfast, brunch, and lunch in one of the area’s fastest-growing commercial developments.
