This will bring something new to the market, as most of the breakfast competition in the area consists of donut shops. Rather than competing directly with them, Einstein Bros. offers a different concept, featuring fresh bagels, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, bagels by the dozen, and gourmet coffee.
